HTC Desire HD and Beats By Dr Dre SOLO ?

i am wanting to swap my htc desire hd with latest jelly bean OS and beats by dr dre. the phone is in grade b condition but does not have the box or original charger but works perfect and is a great phone. the beats ARE real and i can prove with the serial number. i am wanting a good android phone, like samsung galaxy s2. or a good sony xperia phone. no xperia x10 mini and other crap like that. unlocked to all networks or on three. this htc is unlocked. let me know what you have thanks text Jason on 07411128739
