Used Blackberry Bold 9700 this phone has been with me since I got it new from Orange all cables and instruction books in box as new, The only thing with this phone is Lines across the bottom of the screen which can affect the viewing at the bottom. The glass screen is not broken there seems to be a crack on the screen in the back which costs 22 to repair the part cost 13. All in all good phone in good condition
