Blackberry Bold 9700 Not working !

Blackberry bold 9700 , Not working . The battery went fully dead and now I cant get the phone to charge up or come on . The red light will light up when you plug in charger and occasionally the screen will come on fully white . The phone itself is cosmetically okay with the usual scratches and marks you would expect from a used phone . Perfect for someone who knows more about fixing blackberry phones
